It’s not just Fries on the bad list though, it’s anything involving fried potato; tater tots, curly fries, home fries, hash browns, you name it.
While I doubt that any of us are surprised that Fries are not the healthiest of options; the new study done by the “American Journal of Clinical Nutrition” contends that eating the side dish just twice a week is enough to increase your risk of death.
Somehow the Irish defy and amaze us, because the only time they ever died, was when the potato was taken AWAY from them!
