1 – Unplug! Easier said than done though! Try turning your phone off. For even an hour or two!
2 – Exercise! I cant recommend this enough. The endorphins you’ll feel will change your mood!
3 – Hobbies! Pick something non-job related and have fun!
4 – Meditate! It helps mental health!
5 – Music! Listening to something you like (boom 99.7) will make you feel great!
