Yeah, why now? Oh, so you can get elected again? Ahhhhh.
In a desperate attempt to buy back votes with our own money, Kathleen Wynne is trying to boost her sagging popularity by offering this pre-election gem.
The Liberals will announce a 25% hydro cut tomorrow.
So it’s ok to overcharge us for the nearly 13 years (that the Liberals have been in power) and once your career is threatened, then you do something?
Wynne’s popularity ratings have been down around the wretched 11% mark; which is as bad as it gets.
As we’ve found, the Premiere is a very good politician — but clearly the damage has been done.
Some Ontarians are living in house rich/cash poor poverty. Some of them are even in the so called middle class. Others have had their hydro cut off in the winter, and yet others have told stories of having to choose between hydro or food.
Lemme see, what else? Oh yeah, smart meters were dumb, and they often didn’t work. Yet they cost us $1.9 billion, even though we were told they would cost a billion.
My guess, should this not work, is that the Liberals will announce a new leader to take them into the Provincial Election for June of 2018.
I don’t know about you, but I don’t forget that easy. In fact, I resent even being tried.
Oh, and will there be a delivery charge with this announcement?
