As of last week, Ottawa already had almost triple the snow on the ground of an average year — and was homing in on a record.
That ought to screw up the City’s Snow Plow Budget. But heck, we’re used to that, it happens every year here. Haha
A great day in Eastern Ontario today, but now here comes the rain. Most of Central and Southern Ontario are under Weather Advisories and will see lots and lots of rain with potential for fog.
Some great High Pressure weather follows this front though, so expect the temps to dip a little and bring some nice sunny skies later this week and into the weekend.
Sounds like great skiing, skating and snowmobiling weather! The Rideau still not ready however and this week has seen a set back in that department.
In the long range, we do see potential for more ice mid next week. We’ll keep an eye on it for you.
