So, we lose on hour of sleep Saturday into Sunday because of “Daylight Saving Time”
Here are some tips to help you with the transition!
1 – Cut out caffeine at least 6 hours before bed!
2 – No alcohol either. Even one drink.
3 – Eat light. Stop eating 2-3 hours before you hit the sack!
4 – Make your bed a place you want to sleep in. Clean sheets help!
5 – Go to bed earlier. Even an extra 15 minutes will help you adjust to Monday!
