Here are some things you COULD do instead!
1. Read. It improves your sleep according to research!
2. Take a warm bath or shower. It helps with your body temperature
3. Drink tea. But stay away from caffeine
4. Listen to music. Calm music. BOOM would be okay too 🙂
5. Meditate or do yoga. It lowers stress
